They tell you to call 132221, so I did that, after listening to the entire message, the recorded message tells you to press 1 if you would like to speak to someone, so I did that, then i listened to the entire message after that and THERE IS NOT AN OPTION THAT ALLOWS YOU TO SPEAK TO A PERSON. How useless.
